TOS AND PRIVACY
(1) Rafijah Siano live musical performance at the agreed time and date and at the agreed venue (“Performance”). (2) All copyright in the Performance shall remain with the Artist, and Artist shall have the right to use, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Performance; provided, however, that Artist shall be solely responsible for licensing and paying for any third party materials (e.g. musical compositions) embodied in the Performance prior to exploitation. (3) Artist acknowledges and agrees that Company may distribute or otherwise use the Performances for marketing and promotion purposes. (4) Artist grants Company a perpetual, gratis global, non-exclusive synch license to stream the performance materials on Company’s app, website, social media pages, and all other Company-branded distribution channesl. (5) Company shall have the non-exclusive right to use Artist’s name, likeness, biographical information and trademarks solely in connection with the promotion of the performance materials. (6) Upon booking Artist, a detailed contract will be provided to the Company or indivuals booking Artist.
